






It was created using timber from felled trees which were selectively thinned from the area of managed woodland, with the surrounding dead hedging and habitat piles built by volunteers and staff from Harewood House Trust.
It has proved an incredibly popular installation with visitors of all ages, and the area is used regularly for outdoor, forest school learning. It’s a playful way to engage children with climate change.
