Included in any visit

All guests have complimentary access to the grounds and House during normal opening hours. We boast a dazzling range of gardens including the Himalayan Garden, Walled Garden and formal Terrace Gardens.

Guests can also enjoy exploring the magnificent State Rooms and well-trodden corridors of Below Stairs in the impressive Georgian House.

Complimentary parking and WiFi on site is included for all guests.

Experience the art of truffle making with a fun chocolate making workshop, perfect for team building. A truly unique and fun experience for your staff or clients.

Embark on a 2 hour guided bike ride through the stunning Harewood House Estate nestled in the Yorkshire countryside.

With Talio e-bikes, you’ll enjoy a comfortable and exhilarating ride, covering ample ground whilst soaking in the scenery and attractions.

A range of catering options are also available to elevate your event to the next level.

9am: Arrive early to find the room set-up and ready to go. Harewood’s Event Team are on hand to talk you through the AV equipment, whilst the dedicated catering team prepare your arrival refreshments.

9.30: Your team arrives, marveling at the beauty of the location you picked. Guests are greeted on arrival and a friendly face serves refreshments whilst you tuck into a plate of delicious pastries.

10am: Your meeting commences. The AV equipment in the room makes everything seamless, from the projector to the lectern mic. You have everything you need for a smooth presentation.

12.30pm: Lunch arrives. A platter of freshly prepared sandwiches using locally sourced ingredients, a colourful salad mix and gooey chocolate brownies to finish.

1.30pm: You embark on Harewood’s scavenger hunt around the grounds. The sun is shining and you and your team discover all of Harewood’s hidden gems – laughing as you do.

2.30pm: You arrive back in the room to find afternoon refreshments waiting for you. You didn’t have to worry about a thing whilst you were out, meaning you could truly relax with your colleagues and enjoy Harewood’s magical grounds.

4pm: Your day finishes smoothly. You and your colleagues accomplished a lot and most importantly, you had fun. You feel refreshed and ready to face the rest of the year.
