Competitions

1. Only one entry per person.
2. Applicants must be 18 years or over.
3. Closing date for entry will be stated on competition entry form.
4. The winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries and the draw will be attended by an independent observer.
5. Restrictions may apply as to when the prize may be taken. This is at the discretion of the prize giver.
6. Dates may be excluded from the prize at the discretion of the prize giver.
7. The prize is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
8. The winners will be responsible for their own transport if needed to claim the prize unless otherwise stated.
9. Additional beverages, meals, snacks and extra facilities are not included in the prize package unless otherwise stated.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. No purchase necessary.
12. Employees or agents of Harewood House Trust are not able to enter.

1. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on this site then the latter shall prevail.

Tickets and Box Office Terms & Conditions

The Harewood ticket and box office online purchase can accept secure online bookings for most of Harewood’s events – simply select the ticket type or event for further details and booking options.

If the event you are interested in is not available for online booking please call the box office on 0113 218 1000 during office hours or email us.

Please note:

1. Tickets cannot be exchanged or replaced if lost or stolen.
2. The face value of the ticket will only be refunded in the case of cancellation by the promoter. The refund will include any postage paid but will not include the booking fee.
3. Please check specific event details for food/drink/seating restrictions.
4. Some tickets are posted first class at your own risk, please ask for recorded delivery to be sure your tickets arrive safely. Ticket orders over £20 will require Special/Recorded delivery.

Although we update our website on a daily basis all online bookings are subject to availability and online bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the event.

Tickets for some events may still be available less than 24 hours in advance from the Box Office on 0113 218 1000.

Your Security

We protect your details when we process your order and do not hold any of your credit card details.
